Mechanism:-

The way it works is that we use Google forms or a placement registration form to get information about students who need help and are eligible.
-
The Placement Cell invites companies and organisations that want to hire college students to take part in campus recruitment. Placement cell maintains communication details of various companies. Also, businesses and organisations can talk to the college placement officer about what they need.
-
The information about the final-year students who want to be placed will be sent to the company or organisation, based on what they need, along with a tentative date for the campus interviews that works for everyone.
-
The company or organisation can confirm the date or talk with the Coordinator of Placement Cell about a date that works for both of them.
-
Organizations will be able to choose whether to hire college students on campus or to invite students to their building or a specific college.
-
After confirmation by the organisations, a pre-placement talk (PPT), will be arranged on the date. The company will conduct tests and/or group discussions to short list the interested students. If required, telephonic interviews can be arranged. the students who made the short list for final selection. Once the selection process is over, the results will be made public as soon as possible. (Note: If an organisation can't figure out the final results on the same day and wants to do one more round of interviews at their office, they can do so within a week.)
