  • Loss and Defacement of Books, and other Library Articles

The cost of replacement with additional 10% handling fee will be charged to the person for loss or damage to the library materials. Book grants may not be used to settle library dues.

  • Overview of Facilities & Policies

The library aims at providing access to its printed resources such as books and Refrence as well as electronic journals and online databases primarily for the use of faculty and Students. Its holdings should reflect their interest largely. The library stock is increasing per year. The library also subscribes periodicals and  electronic journals and databases.

  • Circulation of Materials

Members may check-out books during working hours and should sign out the items at the library counter. A member may have a maximum of two books and  checked-out in their name at working hours . The books are issued out for a maximum of one week and then they may be renewed if no reservations on the items indicated.
